Loony Pamela Geller: Petraeus Resignation Is an Obama Plot to Put a Muslim in Charge of the CIA

Typical Geller hysteria. This is what we can expect over the next four years, more of the same. (h/t:CriticalDragon):

Loony Pamela Geller: Petraeus Resignation Is an Obama Plot to Put a Muslim in Charge of the CIA

by Charles Johnson (LGF)

The right wing universe is now in full-bore conspiracy theory mode over the resignation of CIA Director David Petraeus, just as I predicted. It’s a case study in the conservative movement’s decline into bad craziness; they’re all muttering darkly about cover-ups and hidden connections and “questioning the timing.”

One of the most brain-dead of the wingnuts, loony hateblogger Pamela Geller, has a typical post on the subject; for her it’s all part of the Islamic supremacist stealth shariah takeover of America, of course:

GENERAL DAVID PETRAEUS RESIGNS – Atlas Shrugs.

I do not believe it was the real reason was [sic] an extramarital affair. I believe it was Benghazi. He refused to be the fall guy. When did an affair ever stop a Democrat. If anything….

Perhaps one of Obama’s many Muslim Brotherhood advisors are on the shortlist to replace him.

    Your banner headline reads: Loony Pamela Geller: Petraeus Resignation. Is an Obama Plot to Put a Muslim in Charge of the CIA. She did not say that, she said, I do not believe it was the real reason was an extramarital affair. I believe it was Benghazi. He refused to be the fall guy. When did an affair ever stop a Democrat. If anything, perhaps one of Obama’s many Muslim Brotherhood advisors are on the shortlist to replace him.

    So where did she say it was an Obama Plot ? And you accuse Jihad Watch of sensationalising stories

    And in reply to the comments on criticizing Islam. I live in a country where if you publicly critise Islam you will spend a long time in Jail if you are not first beaten to death by a crazed mob. Luckily you can freely critise other religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and minority Islamic sects.

    Yesssssss, our evil plan to take over the world is proceding. I admit I was sceptical when our scientists claimed they had the ability to make men be unable to keep a cerain part of men’s anatomy in their pants, but they really outdid themselves this time. I must put Pam in for a promotion, she is doing such a good job with our propoganda. The stuff she comes up with is pure insanity, I can’t believe anyone falls for it. If only we could perfect our halal ham.

    Andrew, I’m glad there is someone who has critical thinking abilities reading this Vile woman’s blog. I’m afraid the last time I read it I had to spend half an hour in the shower scrubbing until I felt clean.

  • Just Stopping By

    The comments here are so informative. I thought that Geller was best described as a vile bigot who spreads hate and whose arguments are devoid of intellectual content.

    Now, I have learned that Pamela is also a dirty-looking witch who has not aged gracefully, who “probably drinks the blood of youthful men, and eats the hearts of virgin girls”, whose voice and visage cause people to writhe in agony, and who may become calm if someone just finds her a husband.

    On a perhaps related note, I can’t wait to see if the Loonwatch and Harry’s Place commentators get together — a high-class intellectual debate no doubt awaits.

    She isn’t crazy she knows things very well.

    There is money to be had in lobby groups, but most are filled up to capacity. So she stepped on the “hate” bandwagon and is rolling in dough. That’s it nothing more nothing less. She makes money with making people scared.

    She is witch and will keep opening her mouth for filth her entire life. Get her a life. Someone find a Islamic hater groom and get her married. May be then she become calm.

  • corey

    @ramey
    I know what you mean hearing her voice or having to see her is something that pretty much makes anybody (except those who are genocidal nutbars namely her fanboys) writhe in agony any time she has airtime on any media at times listening to this is preferable http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7mmon05PwQ

    What an utterly disrespectful, desperate, and vile spit in the face of the General himself; as if he would actually resign if there were such a notion? Despicable, deplorable woman she’s desperate; you can practically smell the desperation on her. She has NOTHING anymore, and is in so much deep water, that she has to literally try to sully General Petraeus’ reputation by turning his CHOICE to resign into a conspiracy. He approached Obama not the other way around, she is also implying that the General was a Democrat… CLEARLY this woman has her head so far up her own butt she seriously suffers from shitsolitis – because the General is NOT a democract!

    Just..wow.

    On a lighter note; that woman has seriously not aged with any sort of grace. Her skin literally looks like dried up leather. And the hair…it’s a dyed mop on her head. She’s got the hands of the old fag from snow white. She probably drinks the blood of youthful men, and eats the hearts of virgin girls. *cringe* Imagine waking up to THAT face in the morning… the horror.

    @Ramey, I trust you have not heard shriek then 😉

  • I swear i squirm whenever i see that photo of her.

    Well, if I had undergone baptism as an infant, I could say I was baptised a Christian, even if I had abjured that faith. I could criticise one or more of its sects, or certain doctrines, such as the Nicean creed, without being a Christianophobe. I will say right now that Dominionist Christians scare the piss out of me, but I will not become a Christianophobe unless they steeplejack the majority of Christian denominations. At that point, I am likely to become extremely leary of anyone self-identifying as Christian.

    @Elahi: “Hi – I am a Muslim by birth. Do you think I can criticize Islam the religion, or will that make me an Islamophobe?”
    .
    Your are born innocent. Not out of sin, or a sinner. You can choose to learn, study, choose to be a Muslim. There is no compulsion in Islam.

    The Noble Qur’an provokes, challenges, invites…you can can examine, criticize, debate, question, repudiate. It requires all Muslims to read it with an inquiring, inquisitive, curious contemplative, reflective mind.

    You can straw man, abuse, blaspheme…but then the Qur’an instructs the Muslim to bare with patience what they utter, say a civil goodbye and walk away—till such time civil discourse prevails.

  • sam muhammad

    ‘no compulsion in religion’ quran…..thanx

  • Sam Seed

    @Elahi, yes please share with us your criticism of Islam. I haven’t seen much on the internet so do us all a a favour bud. Oh, and even better for you, renounce Islam and become an apostate, simples!

    Methinks you are implying that enyone who criticises Islam becomes an Islamophobe, that is simply not the case. But anyhow, please elude to my request, we can all share a good honest criticism.

  • @Emperor

    I can’t help but wonder how Pamela Geller will behave if the person Obama replaces David Petraeus with, isn’t a Muslim, which most likely will be the case. Will she admit she was wrong, will she delete her post and act like she never made this claim, or will she claim that he’s a secret Muslim, like Obama?

  • @Elahi

    The term “Islamophobia” has been straw manned to death by people who are bigoted against Muslims. I think the best definition of Islamophobia is “anti Muslim bigotry.” I personally prefer the term “anti Muslim bigotry” to “Islamophobia” because that’s much more difficult to straw man, and even the people who are the most bigoted against Muslims, wouldn’t wear that label with pride. People who are bigots don’t want to admit they’re bigots, even to themselves.

  • mindy1

    WTF?!?!?!?! I would sooooo love to take a peek into her brain and see what I find..

  • Amro

    I honestly think being a Muslim is entirely a choice. One cannot be Muslim ‘by birth’. You either choose to believe in God, pray, fast, give to charity etc, or you choose not to. Unfortunately, the mass media does not have a word for non-practicing Muslim, and prefers to lump drug dealers, paedophiles and criminals of Muslim background with practicing Muslims.

  • andrew

    I read Pamela Geller’s blog to keep up to date with the latest in loon world. Her vile, extremist, out of this world yet ultimately ludicrous attacks and theories have nothing on any other (neo)conservative’s rants. Just this week, before the election, she urged readers to vote against “this monster” Obama.

  • tyrone biggums

    @Elahi
    muslim by birth?? what that supose to mean ?? u only can be muslim by choice, islam is not some kind of race or nationality, its a religion, way of life, simple as that

  • Garibaldi

    @Elahi,

    No, criticizing Islam the religion does not make you an Islamophobe.

  • Elahi

    Hi – I am a Muslim by birth.

    Do you think I can criticize Islam the religion, or will that make me an Islamophobe?
