    That’s good to hear

  • Razainc_aka_BigBoss

Yes but sadly I don’t expect it to change anytime soon

  • Tanveer Khan

My best friend is an atheist. He’s probably never even heard of Dawkins or Harris xD

  • Tanveer Khan

Yeah, how blessed that would be xD

  • Razainc_aka_BigBoss

It seems like simply mentioning religion get legions of the internet atheist to go crazy in the comments section especially if it’s Islam.
But thankfully they don’t represent all atheist at least the ones I know.

  • Razainc_aka_BigBoss

I think it has more to with the media of all the atheist that are intellectuals they pick rabid Islamophobes, and non-experts on religion in general to put on TV. Why not have people like Scott Atran on I mean he has done research on the subject is well informed but that would require a nuanced discussion that most of the media seems incapable of doing.

  • Tanveer Khan

And despite all that Dawkins is held as a hero against the stupidity of religion. And they call us stupid!

  • Razainc_aka_BigBoss

Ah yes very well to those of you who do not know Garibaldi has been exposed as the Martian Manhunter who also pretends to be Nathan Lean. That how he has been able to gather so much information about the Injustice League. He has mind reading powers that allow him divulge information about their nefarious plots

  • Thanks. Might want to explain the “Martian Manhunter / Garibaldi / Nathan Lean” connection to those not in the know

Rev. Deacon Robert Spencer Thinks Garibaldi is Nathan Lean

  • Razainc_aka_BigBoss

Hey LW here is a good article by Martian Manhunter aka Garibaldi aka Nathan Lean

Dawkins, Harris, Hitchens: New Atheists flirt with Islamophobia

  • Unfortunately there are. Than again some of our “brave counter Jihad warriors” probably do realize he’s right, but are probably too embarrassed to admit it, since it would require them to admit they were wrong.

  • mjasghar786

I’m sure if it was making fun of torturing non Muslim Americans there would be an outcry
Plus all those tv and films that have justified torture when done to brown people has desentesised septics to it

  • Rights

Then, too, I wonder if there are people dumb enough out there who do not get such parody, dismiss Colbert as an extreme liberal, and let the sink remain a “terrorist foot shower,” or the “Muslim foot bath.” And what guarantee is there that Sen. Ketron understands any layman’s terms?

  • Yeah, they might as well be afraid of Count Chocula sucking their blood.

  • Man, these people are idiots. It must be all the Fox News whipping them up with fear; they are going to start seeing Muslim signs in their breakfast cereal soon.

  • @Emperor

I knew you guys would love it!

  • The one good thing is that its easy to make fun of

  • Nur Alia binti Ahmad

I have a really hard time with American humor depicting torture as funny in ANY measure. I guess it is cultural, but to me it is minimising the suffering of the victim, and sort of desensitizing the act, much in the way that westerners are desenistized to the plight of those they oppress and occupy, reducing them to ‘collateral damage’ and not understanding why the surviving victims hate them.

…but there were a few funny lines here. Notably

‘…the cleaner the feet, the softer the creep’…and ‘Usama bin Moppin’

    It made me laugh…alittle.

  • mindy1

Bahaha, the stupidity that exists is amazing 😀
