Fake ex-terrorist is ‘keynote speaker’ at Holocaust March of Remembrance event

Bartholomew’s Notes on Religion reports that a recent luncheon in Houston, which was held to raise awareness of the Third Annual Holocaust March of Remembrance next month and drew over 200 Christian leaders, featured as its keynote speaker none other than Kamal Saleem – who, according to the organisers, “shared his remarkable story of turning from hatred of Jews and Christians, to serving the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob”.

Richard Bartholomew comments: “This is utterly grotesque: Saleem’s story is indeed ‘remarkable’, but it’s not as surprising as the fact that groups continue to give a platform to a man whose absurd self-history has been so comprehensively exploded, and whose conspiracy theories include the claim that Obama is a secret Muslim working to create a USA in which ‘one day we’ll be wearing ragheads’.”

I think he is referencing the turban that some people in afghanistan wear.
Unfortunately sometimes Sikh are attacked because they are confused with muslims most of the time, this also spawns from the derogatory term “Towel head” that was popular (and still is) among Islamophobes.

Here is an Afghan turban as an example

And here is a Sikh turban

Its people like “Kamal Saleem” who are perpetuating the stereotype of the “Evil bearded man in a cave ready to attack”, and its speech like this that cause the terrorist attack on the Sikh temple. He should be ashamed of himself.

    Peace to my Sikh bros
    (Sorry for the rant)

This is what you get when you mix politics and history. The Annual Holocaust March of Remembrance  taken over by Zionist who are make this into a Israel cheerleading rally.

  • Peeper

The bigger issue here is, wouldn’t Kamal Saleem be out of his job?

    once-it was spicy but good

Have you tried an Afghani kabab ? That is cooked in yoghurt.

  • Talking_fish_head

No, I think they mean that Hitler should have killed Muslims instead of Jews

  • Talking_fish_head

Looks like he’s upset because he thinks Hitler targeted the wrong people.

  • rookie

    A lot.
    He is advocating it.

  • awaara.jack

I agree there are many idiots who fell for this cheap manipulated story, but how just how on the earth someone can fell for this..

  • mindy1

I love kababs, with a good yogurt sauce mmmmm 😉

  • sasboy

True to the traditions of Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Walid Shoebat, this fellow fabricated his life story. I am an ex Islamic terrorist – gimmee gimmee gimmee your moneeey.

  • Salaams to all,
    They didn’t fail, dude.
Many, many people fell for it, and continue to fall for it.
Propaganda isn’t about disseminating falsehoods to people who will think about them critically.

  • Talking_fish_head

Yes it is, many Arab Jews ad Christians use the word in their prayers, but not many people know this and bigots tried (and failed) to exploit peoples ignorance of the arabic language and arabs in general.

A lot of conspiracy theories came out (mostly from bigoted, xenophobic websites) that tried to claim that muslims worshiped the same god that the ancient Meccans did; the whole point of this “theory” was to otherize Muslims, make them seem alien in the eyes of the Judeo-Christian public.
They tried to claim that Allah was an ancient meccan god of the moon.

Loonwatch user Danios made several articles debunking this stupid myth, you can read the fiirst one here (

You donna want to mess with him ! 🙂
    Sir David

  • Talking_fish_head

    It should offend everyone

This person is disgusting, exploiting the deaths of Millions to fuel hatred, and wishes for a Holocaust on Muslims.

  • Talking_fish_head

These are the same morons who claim that Muslims worship a “Moon God” because they use the word Allah

  • Seeker

Hardly original if this came out after ‘The Silence of the Lambs’.
And what’s with the ‘Lambs’ ? Is this about seekh kababs ?

  • Seeker

As a non-Jew this offends me. Holocaust remembrance should be, as you say, about the actual survivors, not this twit. And it’s remembrance should be used at best to spread a message of peace to everyone, not villify another community in Nazi fashion.

  • mindy1

This is how they want to remember the holocaust?!?!?! Not with a survivor, or a Veteran who saw the aftermath, but with a man who spreads hate and misinformation?! As a Jew this offends me

“…who, according to the organisers, “shared his remarkable story of turning from hatred of Jews and Christians, to serving the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob”.

In other words, Islam is a religion of hate, whereas (their) Christianity is a religion of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

    What a bunch of psychos?!

    “The Blood Of Lambs”
    Good title.
