National Front plan Skegness demonstration against halal abattoir

A nationalist political organisation opposing multiculturalism and immigration has planned a demonstration against proposals for a halal abattoir in Skegness.

The National Front has invited its members to walk through the town distributing flyers and displaying banners opposing the Muslim practice of slaughter on Saturday, September 15.

Deputy chairman Kevin Bryan said: “We are against halal and kosher slaughterhouses full stop – it’s alien to this country and we don’t want to see it here. Islam is an alien religion to our shores and we don’t think we should have them in this country.”

The group insists it is not racist, claiming to oppose immigrants of all races, “to return this county to its genetic make-up of the 1940s.”

Humble Muslim

My family and I moved into Skegness not too long ago…now we’re considering moving back to London due to this antimuslim atmostphere that has been created. I am a hard working individual, a healthcare professional and treat my patients (most of whom are white british) with utmost respect. We should respect each others beliefs and learn to integrate. One can postulate that this upcoming protest will only turn violent and may lead to looting shops owned by muslims.

He is not racist, but race is genetic, and he wants the “genetic make-up” to go back to how it was when the population of Britain was racially homogeneous. I’m dizzy from the circularity of it all.

Alas for my hometown. But severe economic drepavation over many years will breed these attitudes. “Islam out of the UK”? I wonder how many of these knuckledraggers have seen the inside of a Church recently? Maybe the outside, given all the theft of lead from Church roofs that’s going on. This a “blame the foreigner” game. Same thing is happening in the South of Lincolnshire with the local attitudes towards Eastern European immigrants taking the farm produce picking jobs. That is another powder keg set to blow pretty damn soon with the resentment of Polish businessnes, the perception of foreigners commiting crimes, lowering wages and being given preferntial treatment for local government housing. Even if these things are not true, people want them to be so. Then they can “blame the outsiders”.

@Abbey they are not only ‘stupid bunch of racist Islamophobes’, they are stupid bunch of hate, period. That are hating, and have hated any/everyone superficially different than them. They walk, talk, breathe surface – skin color. Those are the same gangs that drove Jews out of Europe and to the Middle-East, and succeeded. They have at one point, but still are trying to the same with the Muslims.
